Presidential Distinguished Services Award Public Notice

The nomination period for this year’s Presidential Distinguished Service Award (PDSA) round is now open. The closing date for receipt of nominations by the Irish Embassy, Canberra is close of business Wednesday 3rd April 2019. Nominations should be sent to the following e-mail address: canberraem@dfa.ie attaching completed nomination form (PDSA – Form 1) and supporting documentation.

The Presidential Distinguished Service Award for the Irish Abroad (PDSA) provides a system of State recognition for those living abroad, (primarily Irish citizens, those entitled to Irish citizenship, and those of Irish descent) who provide sustained and distinguished service to Ireland and/or Irish communities abroad or on a global or international issue of importance.
